The creator of one of the most famous app stores in the past has filed a lawsuit against Apple for its monopoly on illegally distributing software on its iOS operating system.
The creator of the Cydia store - which was established in 2008: Apple illegally crushed all competition in favor of the App Store, which deprives consumers of the ability to choose where to get their iOS applications, and it also deprives developers of Choose the distributors they prefer.

Apple is facing many lawsuits accusing it of monopoly, and Epic Games - the developer of the famous Fortnite game - had filed a lawsuit against Apple last August.
Epic accused Apple of illegally removing the game (Fortnite) from its app store, because Epic wanted to use its own payment system instead of allowing Apple to charge 30 percent commissions on purchases. The case could go to trial in May 2021.
And last month, Apple said it would cut commissions to 15 percent from 30 percent for developers whose app sales don't exceed $ 1 million.
